Nähanleitung Pullover “Pony Hütchen”

Sewing Instructions Sweater “Pony Hat”

Many of you love simple and quickly sewn items of clothing. Our Pulli Pony Hat fits exactly into this category. The sweater has a rather narrow silhouette, extra-long sleeves and a boat neckline with a waterfall effect in the front. To achieve this effect ideally, you should use a softly draping fabric. Length at center back = 58-65 cm.

The chic Pony Hat sweater with a slight waterfall neckline was sewn from a viscose jersey in these instructions.

When making this seam, it's important that you use a regular sewing machine because when you get to the corner, you can leave the needle in the fabric, lift the sewing foot and get the fabric into the right position. This will give you a nice corner.

Cut a clip in the corner just before the seam.

The back piece is now in front of you with its left side of fabric facing up. Then fold the top corner over the shoulder seam up to the corner so that the two seams are exactly on top of each other. Sew it on the seam again.

If you are using a soft knitted fabric, it is a good idea to sew the shaping band onto this seam so that the seam of the sweater is stabilized and does not wear out later.
